Return & Refund Policy
At iCAKE, we take pride in our quality. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns for any food items once delivered, except in the case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product during delivery
- Quality issues (with photographic evidence provided within 1 hour of delivery)
- Custom cake orders are non-refundable unless there is a clear issue caused by us (e.g., incorrect design, flavor, or visible quality issue)
- We fail to deliver the order within the committed timeframe (non-weather related)
2. Refunds
Important Notes:
- Claims must be raised within 1 hour of delivery with supporting images/videos and order details.
- Returned product is required for quality check and internal reference.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5-7 working days through the original payment method or issued as store credit.
- We reserve the right to reject returns/refunds in cases where the product has been tampered with, stored improperly, or consumed beyond a reasonable portion.
3. Order Cancellation
- Standard orders: Can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
- Custom cakes/Bulk orders: Not cancellable once confirmed
